A man who has failed to take responsibility for his own actions, and blames others because the NFL won't hire him.

Somebody who then went on to claim that the Betsy Ross flag was a symbol of racism. The early flag which represents the founding idea behind the United States of America - that all men are created equal.

And they caved in to his ignorance.
