Inconsistent Sizing

I absolutely love the quality of the shirts and will continue to buy them. I own close to 20 of them all in XL and wear one everyday. But 3-4 of them are noticeably smaller than the rest. This is not about normal shrinking of new shirts, these have all been washed too many times to count. Newest one has been returned as it is too small, straight out of the mail, never washed. Return policy is only one exchange for sizing, which means if the one I received is an anomaly and I exchange it for a XXL and it is too large than I’m stuck with it. My new policy will be to try the shirt on as soon as received and immediately return for refund if it is smaller than the vast majority of the shirts that I own.

We are so sorry to hear that, John. Sadly, depending on brand sizing can vary slightly. We primarily use American Apparel, but sometimes do have to use other brands such as Next Level when we are unable to obtain our normal brand. We go with Next Level because the quality between the two are equal. The size can vary slightly at about 3/4 an inch. If an item is too large or small due to brand, we do cover shipping costs for an exchange.
