Unfortunately we do not currently support combining discounts with other discounts or promotions.

Our discounts are for all Warrior 12 products, not to be confused with our Partner Products, that we also list on our store.

Shipping & Delivery

Yes! While we don't offer free shipping on every order, we frequently run promotions that include discounted or free shipping. Be sure to check back for our latest offers!

Typically, most deliveries arrive in 4 -7 business days via USPS or UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track directly.

Yes, we do ship internationally. International shipping times can vary due to customs, but we typically see deliveries in 15 – 20 business days.

It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any VAT, as well as any duties or customs fees on goods purchased for delivery outside of the USA. Warrior 12’s shipping terms are FOB: Origin.

Once your shipment is tendered to the carrier we are no longer in control and questions regarding delays, tracking, delivery, or lost packages must be directed to UPS and or the USPS.  All claims for damage or losses must be filed by the recipient with the carrier.   

Unfortunately, at the time we can only ship to one address per order. We would recommend placing different orders for each address.

We will make every effort to make your requested change, but sometimes orders have already been prepared for shipment and in this case, we would be unable able to make the adjustment.

We try to process orders very quickly so you get your order ASAP! For thisreason, we may not be able to adjust a shipping address once the order has been processed.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link to track directly.

New arrivals or pre-orders may take longer as we are printing these to order.

Redo Unlimited Returns

Redo Unlimited Returns is a premium return service that allows you to make unlimited returns, exchanges, or opt for store credit, hassle-free. We're partnered with Redo to give you added peace of mind with your order, so you can shop with confidence.

At checkout, you’ll see an option to add Redo Unlimited Returns for a small fee. By selecting this, you unlock the ability to make unlimited returns or exchanges on eligible products within the specified return window, at no extra cost.

The return window for Redo Unlimited Returns is 60 days from the date of delivery. This allows you plenty of time to decide if the product is right for you. Be sure to check the specific return window for your purchase in our return policy or contact us if you have any questions!

Most items in our store are eligible for Redo Unlimited Returns. However, exclusions may apply to final sale items, custom products, or items listed in our return policy. Check the product details or contact us for specific inquiries.

The fee for Redo Unlimited Returns is non-refundable, even if you don’t make a return. It’s a one-time payment for peace of mind and unlimited return coverage during the eligible return window.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Yes - Warrior 12 offers a 100% Worry-Free Quality Guarantee and a True-To-Size Perfect Fit Guarantee on all purchases. If you're not satisfied with your item within the first 60 days, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at CustomerService@Warrior12.com. Returns are typically processed within 7 business days after receipt.

Returns and exchanges are only accepted for items in new condition.

One free exchange is allowed per item for sizing issues. Exchanges for manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors are also covered at no cost.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly process your refund for the purchase amount of the returned item(s). Please note that items replaced at no charge are not eligible for a refund.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items are in new condition.

We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed items that are free from any odors like perfumes, laundry detergents, or smoke, as well as free of any human or pet hair, and without any staining such as deodorant marks.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly process your refund for the purchase amount of the returned item(s). Please note that items replaced at no charge are not eligible for a refund.
