Where does the "Warrior 12" name come from?

The "Warrior" comes from the warrior culture focused on our designs and "12" comes from the slang term for police because of the company's law enforcement history.

What material are your T-shirts made from?

The majority of our shirts are made from 100% Cotton.

Men's Shirts: 

Small - 3XL : 100% Ring-Spun Combed Cotton, 4.3 oz

4XL - 5XL: 100% Pre-Shrunk Cotton 6-8 oz

Women's Shirts:

Small - 3XL : 100% airlume combed and ring-spun cotton, 4.2 oz*

Women's Athletic Heather and Black Heather are 90/10 airlume combed and ring-spun cotton/polyester.

 

Where are your t-shirts made?

We are an American company and 100% of our employees and operations are based in the U.S.A. All of our shirts are printed in Lexington, Kentucky and shipped from our warehouse located in St. Louis, Missouri. We print on premium quality t-shirts which are primarily made in Central America. Many of our t-shirts are made with 100% USA grown cotton or the fabric is cut and dyed in the USA.

 

Do your t-shirts fit true to size?

Most of our customers find that our shirts fit true to size. However, this can vary depending on how you like your shirts to fit, so we do offer a true to size guarantee on our items. If you find them to be a little too big or small, let us know and we can exchange them for another size. Please keep in mind that returns must be in new condition, not being worn, washed, or otherwise damaged.

Will my shirts shrink?

Our shirts are 100% cotton, so they will shrink if not laundered as directed. We recommend washing in a delicate cold-water wash and drying either on a delicate low heat setting or air dry. If exposed to heat, shrinkage will occur, but the amount will be based on the amount of heat.

My shirt is lighter in weight, will it last as long as a heavier thicker shirt?

Do you carry dry fit or wicking material tees?

Unfortunately, we do not carry dry fit or wicking material tees at this time, but we are always adding different variations. Please subscribe to our newsletter for all the updates.

Why is the flag on the left sleeve of the shirt?

The American flag can be worn on the left or right sleeve. When worn on the left sleeve, the union would appear towards the front and the stripes would run horizontally toward the back. Which our shirts do show the flag that way. We also have the American flag in our logo, which is on the right sleeve.

Do you offer custom ordering/printing services?

At this time, we do not offer custom ordering or custom printing services, so our items cannot be altered. We are currently not equipped to offer custom printing services because our equipment is set up for large bulk batches versus single prints, but we are always adding different variations. Please subscribe to our newsletter for all the updates.

When will I receive my order?

Most of our products are in stock and ship within a few days, however please allow 3-7 business days to process your order prior to shipment in the event of restocking and/or peak shopping times.  Depending on the level of shipping service you chose during checkout it will take 1-6 additional days to arrive after shipping.  A shipment confirmation and tracking number will be provided once your order has been processed.

Why does my tracking number keep saying "Label Created" or "Pre-Shipment"?

Both statuses indicate that we have completed the fulfillment process. When you see the “Label Created” status, this means your order has been processed for shipment and is awaiting carrier pickup. When you see the “Pre-Shipment” status, this means your order has been picked up by the carrier and is in transit to their sorting facility. It is not uncommon for the status to remain unchanged for 1-2 business days. Once the carrier has processed your package at their sorting facility, the tracking data will populate with an estimated delivery date.  If you have questions regarding your shipment at this point you will need to contact the carrier for the most up to date information as we are no longer in control of how your package is being managed.

Why does my order say "Unfulfilled"?

No need for alarm, this means your order is progressing through our normal fulfillment process. If you ordered any items that are pre-order or on backorder, your order could remain in this status for 3-10 business days during which time we are producing and packaging your items for shipment. Please keep in mind, if your order contains more than one item, and one or more of those items are a pre-order item or are on backorder, your order will ship in full once all items are available.

Can I get my order expedited for a special occasion?

If you need to receive your purchase by a specific date for a special occasion or an event, please contact us to ensure you choose the correct shipping method and to check for products that are immediately available.

Warrior 12 offers a 100% Worry-Free Quality Guarantee and True To Size Perfect Fit Guarantee on all purchases. If, for any reason during the first 60 days you are not happy with an item you received from Warrior 12, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please be aware that returns and exchanges can only be processed for items that are in new condition.

Items that have been worn, stained, washed, smell of fragrances or have been otherwise used are not eligible for return or exchange. Our shirts are made of cotton and WILL shrink if not washed & dried on low heat; free exchanges are not available for damage caused by improper washing. Additionally, if you have purchased a limited time only design and wish to process an exchange we cannot guarantee the availability of other sizes for that item, however, we will exchange your item for another of equal or lesser value.

One free exchange is allowed per item for sizing issues. Exchanges for manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors are also covered for free.

Please include your original packing slip or a note in your package indicating your return authorization number. If you are unable to use any of the above methods to setup your return or exchange please include instructions in your package as to how you would like us to handle your specific situation. Shipping costs associated with returns must be paid by the buyer.

Our goal is to ship your complete order as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow 3 to 7 days for production of certain items, however most items are in stock and will ship much faster. Please be mindful of peak shopping seasons and sale events that could also impact processing times.  We will keep you updated as to the status of your order throughout the entire fulfillment process.

We ship via USPS. Transit times following the production process can range from 1-14 business days depending on your proximity to our distribution warehouse and the level of service selected at checkout.  Please note that the below transit times are in addition to the required production time needed to produce your items.

Priority Shipping:  2-3 business days

International Shipping:  15-20 business days*

 

*Please note that it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any VAT, as well as any duties or customs fees on goods purchased for delivery outside of the USA.

Warrior 12’s shipping terms are FOB: Origin. Once your shipment is tendered to the carrier we are no longer in control and questions regarding delays, tracking, delivery, or lost packages must be directed to UPS and or the USPS.  All claims for damage or losses must be filed by the recipient with the carrier.
