The 16€� W x 20€� H x Shadow Box is one of our most versatile awards display cases for long-serving veterans and career service men and women, It is the perfect case in which to display the decorations and awards earned through many years of dedication to the mission of protecting our nation and devotion to honor and duty. All of our Awards Display Cases are constructed of either Solid Oak or Solid Walnut. Raised mounting surfaces are available and may be selected for each of these cases. These will accept up to 10 full-size medals. Without the raised surfaces you have additional freedom to do your own free-style layout. In either case, all of the medals, ribbons, rank pins, crests, patches, and special photo(s) will rest on luxurious Crushed Velvet. This display case is available in Velvet Colors appropriate for all branches of service, law enforcement agencies, firefighters, EMS personnel, athletes, and fraternal orders.
Personalize your shadow box inside with a laser-engraved metal plate. Choose the plate with Rank, Name, Service Dates, etc. You may also choose our laser engraving on the glass front with a unit logo, map, or another image to commemorate and honor the service of the person for whom the case is intended. When completed, your display case will be totally unique. It will provide a true testament to your service, or that of a comrade in arms, a friend, or a loved one.

Our goal is to ship your complete order as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow 3 to 7 days for production of certain items, however most items are in stock and will ship much faster. Please be mindful of peak shopping seasons and sale events that could also impact processing times. We will keep you updated as to the status of your order throughout the entire fulfillment process.
If you need to receive your purchase by a specific date for a special occasion or an event, please contact us to ensure you choose the correct shipping method and to check for products that are immediately available.
We ship via USPS. Transit times following the production process can range from 1-14 business days depending on your proximity to our distribution warehouse and the level of service selected at checkout. Please note that the below transit times are in addition to the required production time needed to produce your items.

Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Shipping: 15-20 business days*
*Please note that it is the responsibility of the recipient to pay any VAT, as well as any duties or customs fees on goods purchased for delivery outside of the USA.
Warrior 12’s shipping terms are FOB: Origin. Once your shipment is tendered to the carrier we are no longer in control and questions regarding delays, tracking, delivery, or lost packages must be directed to UPS and or the USPS. All claims for damage or losses must be filed by the recipient with the carrier.
Warrior 12 offers a 100% Worry-Free Quality Guarantee and True To Size Perfect Fit Guarantee on all purchases. If, for any reason during the first 60 days you are not happy with an item you received from Warrior 12, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please be aware that returns and exchanges can only be processed for items that are in new condition.
Items that have been worn, stained, washed, smell of fragrances or have been otherwise used are not eligible for return or exchange. Our shirts are made of cotton and WILL shrink if not washed & dried on low heat; free exchanges are not available for damage caused by improper washing. Additionally, if you have purchased a limited time only design and wish to process an exchange we cannot guarantee the availability of other sizes for that item, however, we will exchange your item for another of equal or lesser value.
One free exchange is allowed per item for sizing issues. Exchanges for manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors are also covered for free.

Please include your original packing slip or a note in your package indicating your return authorization number. If you are unable to use any of the above methods to setup your return or exchange please include instructions in your package as to how you would like us to handle your specific situation. Shipping costs associated with returns must be paid by the buyer.
